Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our culture. You will ensure projects are executed on time and within budget while achieving cash flow goals. This is a customer-facing role focused on satisfaction, safety, and quality across all assigned projects.

You’ll coordinate procurement, establish milestones, and communicate requirements to the team, while acting as our customer’s best service provider and maintaining accurate project records.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, or life safety).
• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills; ability to lead and mentor others.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate many aspects for small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
• Effectively communicate project requirements to the project team and maintain records of status and changes.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls for timely, cost-effective completion.
