Job summary

Convera seeks an Enterprise Applications Manager to bridge Revenue Operations, Product Management, and Engineering. This remote US role owns end-to-end delivery of complex integrations between Salesforce, Credit Platform, Data Platform, Entity Management, and Onboarding systems.

You will design scalable integration solutions, implement monitoring, partner with GTM leadership, and drive projects from requirements through deployment. Strong technical depth and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops with heavy integration focus.
• Hands-on experience building integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge including data model and API capabilities.
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Salesforce-to-enterprise integrations using Workato or similar iPaaS.
• Define integration patterns ensuring data consistency and real-time synchronization.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical specs; prioritize features.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure successful production deployment.
• Establish monitoring, logging and error handling for integrations.
