Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking an experienced Senior Telecommunications / Network Engineer to support the TSST program. The role focuses on researching network inventories, defining technical requirements for ~40 customer networks, and drafting PWS for EIS vendor competitions.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years in IT with at least 4 years in network engineering, extensive WAN experience, and familiarity with federal programs and DISA/DITCO contract practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total IT experience with at least 4 years in specialized network engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• Active or interim NACI adjudication visible in DISS at contract start.
• Must be available for Government meetings 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST, with flexibility for after-hours cutovers.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze complex network inventories and configurations for ~40 customer networks.
• Assist in drafting network Performance Work Statements (PWS) for EIS vendor proposals.
• Evaluate provisioning solutions and advise on feasibility and budget alignment.
• Contribute technical input for acquisition documents (IGCE, QASP, Bid Models).
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in cutover activities for transitioned services.
• Advise PMO and customers on modern technologies meeting legacy needs.
• Liaise between DISA, DITCO, and carriers during migrations.
