Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Program Manager to lead the West Region Infrastructure LMR ASTRO System for the USMC, overseeing program personnel, budgets, scheduling, and coordination with Sales, engineers, and DoD stakeholders. The role requires executive leadership, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage large enterprise IT systems and complex contracts.

You will drive lifecycle management, security compliance (IAVA), system upgrades, and DoD documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience or military experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract(s).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer the ASTRO System supporting USMC Enterprise LMR system and E911.
• Lead program personnel, manage budgets, and coordinate with Sales, engineers, and DoD stakeholders.
• Oversee system upgrades, DoD compliance, and documentation (CDRLs, DEDs).
• Coordinate with CJIS/DoD security requirements and cybersecurity tasks.
• Attend customer and internal meetings; provide executive-level reports and briefings.
