Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial and HR leaders to assess learning needs and skill gaps across roles.
• Develop and manage the end-to-end learning portfolio aligned with business objectives.
• Design and coordinate training programs for all commercial learning profiles.
• Source, curate, and develop training content with subject matter experts.
• Identify, onboard, and manage facilitators for training sessions.
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure engagement and knowledge transfer.
• Plan and execute training schedules, logistics and communications.
• Monitor training effectiveness using feedback and business impact metrics.
• Continuously improve training offerings based on data and stakeholder input.
• Manage learning management systems and maintain training records and documentation.
• Travel approx. 20% of the year to support learning events.
