The ideal candidate has 5+ years in L&D with sales enablement focus, a bachelor's degree, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational Learning & Development with focus onSales enablement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence to align learning initiatives.
• Expertise in instructional design, content development, and materials creation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial and HR leaders to assess learning needs and skill gaps across roles.
• Develop and manage end-to-end learning portfolio aligned with business objectives.
• Design, co-develop and coordinate training programs for commercial profiles.
• Source, curate and develop training content with subject matter experts.
• Identify, onboard and manage facilitators for training sessions.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Plan training schedules, logistics and communications for delivery.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and business impact metrics.
• Continuously improve offerings based on data and stakeholder input.
• Manage learning management systems and maintain training records.
