Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the AV/EV segment to drive strategic initiatives across the organization in a remote-friendly capacity. The role partners with field operations, customers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple initiatives, deliver executive-level materials, analyze KPIs, and drive programs from strategy through execution in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of program, project, or operations management experience in automotive, fleet, transportation, tech, EV/AV, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and customer-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and tactical programs across the AV/EV segment, ensuring on-time delivery and defined outcomes.
• Support new customer launches, market expansions, fleet ramps, transitions, and new vehicle platforms from planning through stabilization.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Partner with field Operations to identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions across multiple markets and customers.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Recruiting, Training, Finance, HR, Safety, IT, Procurement, and other functions.
• Develop customer and executive-facing presentations, business reviews, and launch plans with strategic recommendations.
• Analyze operational KPIs and data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage complex customer requests and initiatives balancing expectations with capabilities and requirements.
• Establish repeatable processes and operating mechanisms to scale AV/EV segment.
• Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and support escalations and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Identify risks early and drive accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Support AV/EV leadership with special projects and strategic planning.
