Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to join our finance team and support multiple programs under federal contracting concepts and EVMS. You will play a highly visible role, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and proactive cost management across complex programs.

The role requires extensive program control experience, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of project control experience or Master’s with 8+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Strong MS Office, Cobra, Unanet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review contract terms and ensure compliance with financial clauses across multiple contract types.
• Responsible for quality, cost control, timeliness and business relations across awarded TOs.
• Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines and change control.
• Forecast manpower and non-labor, assist in resource planning.
• Produce and validate IPMRs and status reports.
• Mentor and coach Program Control Analysts.
