Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions seeks a liaison to support the drug product programs by coordinating with prescribers, MD offices, and field teams to deliver timely patient services. The role emphasizes urgent issue resolution, fast responsiveness, and cross-team collaboration from a remote setting with preference for candidates near Elk Grove Village, IL.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and provide support to other team members.
• Ability to manage intake of issues via phone and email and segregate urgent from non-urgent.
• Detail oriented with ability to identify solutions quickly.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient case status information to outside field team as requested.
• Interact with internal SPP teams to expedite patient processing.
• Communicate with health care providers to resolve case status issues.
• Serve as point of contact to field reps, MD offices, and patients for all assigned orders.
• Obtain necessary information to process patient orders.
• Communicate internally on needs of outside team requests and expediting patient issues.
• Escalate issues to improve patient referral process and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned
