Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Program Executive – Senior Director for Consumer Goods and/or Manufacturing, remote within the United States. This role leads multi-team, enterprise CRM initiatives, maintaining governance, budgets, and executive stakeholder relationships.

You will drive strategic delivery, mentorship, and organizational change across large-scale engagements. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in program management with CRM focus, 10+ years in consulting, and relevant Agile/SCRUM

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in a program management role leading enterprise-scale CRM projects, preferably in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
10+ years experience with management consulting or consulting services.
Lead internal and external project customers; budgeting and scheduling experience.
Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements and mentor teams of senior members.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent.
Agile SCRUM Master Certification and PMP Certification.
Salesforce.com Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Fully allocated to a single high-stakes transformation program.
Owns the end-to-end program P&L, executive client relationships, steering committees, and delivery governance.
Provides senior-level consulting and counsel to client business and technology executives as a trusted advisor.
Leads scope changes and ensures delivery on time and budget.
Tracks utilization and governance, providing status updates to stakeholders.
Aligns multi-cloud delivery best practices and resources across programs.
Mentors project leadership and practitioners; supports delivery assurance.
