Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a program management role leading enterprise-scale CRM projects, preferably in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
• Experience leading multiple work streams, budgeting, and executive client relationships.
• Strong leadership with agile/scrum practices and governance for large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Fully allocated to a single high-stakes transformation program or a small handful of strategic accounts.
• Owns end-to-end program P&L, executive client relationships, steering committees, and delivery governance.
• Provide senior-level consulting and counsel to client business and technology executives; mentor teams.
