Qualifications

• 15+ years of program management experience with enterprise-scale CRM projects.
• 10+ years in management consulting or consulting services.
• SFDC experience not required but parallel implementation experience required.
• PMP and SCRUM Master certifications preferred; Salesforce certifications encouraged.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end programs with 50+ person teams and multiple workstreams.
• Manage program P&L, executive client relationships, and delivery governance.
• Provide senior-level guidance, mentoring, and escalation leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive governance, risks, and timelines.
• Align delivery best practices with Salesforce’s global strategy.
