Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Program Executive - Senior Director for Consumer Goods and/or Manufacturing. You will lead highly complex, enterprise programs with multiple teams, ensuring successful delivery, high CSAT, and measurable business outcomes.

You’ll hire and develop leaders, drive governance, and align cross-functional partners around a shared vision. The role requires 15+ years in program management and 10+ years in consulting or services, with strong Agile and Salesforce product

Qualifications

15+ years in program management
10+ years in consulting or advisory roles
Experience leading enterprise CRM programs
Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and governance
Salesforce product knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise CRM programs for large consumer goods or manufacturing accounts.
Own end-to-end program governance, budget, and stakeholder reporting.
Mentor delivery teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Drive strategic program alignment with business goals and executive sponsors.
Coordinate multi-cloud delivery across teams and vendors.
Provide executive-level status updates and risk mitigation.
