Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years in a program management role for enterprise-scale CRM projects, preferably in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
• Ten plus years in management consulting or consulting services.
• SFDC experience is not required but parallel implementation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program governance, budgets, and client relationships.
• Lead executive-level engagements with accountability for scope, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate multi-cloud delivery and ensure delivery governance across teams.
