Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Program Executive – Senior Director (Consumer Goods and/or Manufacturing) to lead enterprise-scale programs for our largest customers. You will manage end-to-end delivery, P&L, and executive relationships, shaping delivery governance, and guiding multi-team, multi-workstream efforts across the organization.

This is a remote role based in the United States with up to 25% travel, requiring 15+ years in program management and 10+ years in consulting, Salesforce experience

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a program management role leading enterprise-scale CRM projects, preferably in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
• 10+ years experience with management consulting or consulting services.
• Demonstrated project leadership skills with direct responsibility for running project teams, budgeting, and scheduling against a customer or vendor contract.
• Agile SCRUM Master Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fully allocated to a single high-stakes transformation program or a small handful of strategic accounts.
• Maintain a 78% utilization target; acting as a highly active, deeply embedded practitioner.
• Owns the end-to-end program P&L, executive client relationships, steering committees, and delivery governance.
• Serves as the senior point of escalation and executive air cover for the delivery teams they’re aligned with.
• Bring strategic and tactical enterprise software project delivery experience to Salesforce clients.
• Provide senior-level consulting and counsel to client business and technology executives as a trusted advisor.
• Build strong executive-client relationships to enable them to persuade and influence the direction of the delivery and resolve key issues; manage client escalations and resolve through experience and relationship/trust-building.
