Qualifications

• 15+ years of program management experience leading enterprise-scale CRM projects, preferably in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
• 10+ years in management consulting or consulting services.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM and delivery governance; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program P&L, client relationships, and governance.
• Lead large transformation programs with 50+ person teams and multiple workstreams.
• Build executive-level partnerships and drive strategic delivery outcomes.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to governance.
• Provide monthly reviews, risk mitigation, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Mentor program leadership and disseminate Salesforce delivery standards.
