Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Program Delivery Lead to guide large-scale professional services engagements across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy/Utilities, Retail and Consumer Goods. You will partner with executives, align KPIs, and drive value through multi-cloud strategies.

The role requires 7+ years in project delivery, 5+ years with Salesforce, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs. Travel about 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management and delivery experience leading multiple work-streams and/or large enterprise-scale program management experience.
• 5+ years implementing the Salesforce platform.
• Passion for Salesforce, its values, and the role of the delivery organization.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive decision-makers to deliver business value.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure a unified Salesforce approach.
• Drive engagement and strategy leveraging Salesforce multi-cloud platform.
• Develop strategic delivery roadmaps aligned to customer priorities.
• Proactively make recommendations with direct P&L impact.
• Coach and partner with customer executives.
• Apply Salesforce product and process knowledge to deliver effective programs.
• Expand business relationships to improve account penetration.
• Identify and manage program risks.
• Lead the overall program and PM groups.
• Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
