Placements24 is seeking a strategic Program Director to lead large-scale social initiatives remotely. You will oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of programs that create sustainable positive change, manage budgets, and guide cross-functional teams.

This senior role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to report outcomes to leadership and funders. A Master’s degree in a related field is highly desirable, with at least seven years in non-profit program

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of program management experience.
• Experience leading complex programs and managing significant budgets.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Public Administration is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee strategic program plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government agencies.
• Monitor program outcomes, evaluate impact, and report on progress to leadership and funders.
