Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic projects from initiation to implementation. You will be part of a small cross-functional team, collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities and deliver solutions using project management best practices.

You will work directly with executive stakeholders and project teams to deliver results, ensuring effective governance, documentation, and timely status communications across all program levels.

Qualifications

5-7 years of Project/Program Management experience and methodologies.
Familiar with the Agile framework.
Demonstrated Lean mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to act as a change agent and motivate teams.
Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Responsibilities

Prioritize, execute, and govern projects to maximize business benefit.
Develop and manage project schedules, resources, risks, and issues with regular updates.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and executive teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop detailed project plans and ensure stakeholders understand scope and approach.
