The ideal candidate brings a Master’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of program management experience in childcare or non-profit sectors, with strong budgeting and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Early Childhood Education, Public Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven track record in program management within childcare/non-profit sectors.
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and quality assurance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management; adept with remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for childcare programs with goals for growth and quality.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operations across multiple childcare programs.
• Lead and support a distributed team of program coordinators and childcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing, and standards.
• Monitor performance, collect data, and generate reports to assess impact and improvements.
