Third Plateau is hiring a Director to join the Strategy Team in a role that oversees project workflow for nonprofit, foundation, government, and private sector clients. You will manage client communications, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, and represent the brand in diverse engagements.

The Director will lead, facilitate, and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring strategic impact and alignment with social change objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects for nonprofits and foundations is valued.
• Strong project management, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project workflow for nonprofit, foundation, government, and private sector clients.
• Lead client communications and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables that drive social impact.
• Represent the Third Plateau brand with clients and lead engagements.
• Oversee, train, and support board governance activities as needed.
