• 5+ years of social program development and management experience in non-profit or development sectors.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of social issues and community dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new social impact programs, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and community needs.
• Oversee the implementation and execution of existing programs, monitoring progress and ensuring efficacy.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify key social challenges and opportunities for intervention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, government agencies, and partner organizations.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and personnel effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Evaluate program impact, collect data, and report findings to stakeholders and leadership.
