Sales Match is seeking an entry-level Program Coordination Associate to help keep program activities, owners, and milestones organized. This fully remote, desk-based role in Alabama supports the program management team under a program manager, ensuring clear updates across projects.

The position requires a 40-hour weekly commitment with flexible work days. Training on monday.com, Excel, and Google Calendar is provided to help you succeed in coordinating tasks and milestones.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with no experience required; related experience in programs/projects/office coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for meeting notes and status updates.
• Comfort with learning shared task boards, spreadsheet trackers, and calendar tools via guided practice.

Responsibilities

• Receive program requests and route to the program manager.
• Check requests for objectives, owners, target dates, and dependencies before adding to tracker.
• Maintain task details in monday.com and record approved changes.
• Update milestone trackers in Excel and compare progress with owners.
• Schedule program check-ins using Google Calendar and share agendas.
