Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team.

You will manage client onboarding, define delivery strategies, and coordinate resources to ensure services are delivered on time and within budget across web and mobile engagements. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Customer Success to execute engagements, provide leadership, track progress, and drive client value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing or supporting large-scale services delivery.
• Experience delivering web and mobile applications and managing scope.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% for client on-sites and events.
• PMP and/or CAPM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define execution strategies and onboarding for services and scope.
• Collaborate with account teams and Customer Success to deliver engagements.
• Develop repeatable processes and templates to drive efficiency.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Provide proactive, high-level service and stakeholder communication.
