Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Project Manager to join the Professional Services team. You’ll manage internal and external resources to deliver engagements on time and within budget, helping clients onboard, adopt, and grow with Procore while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing or supporting large-scale services delivery.
• Strong skills in creating and managing gantt project schedules, documenting business outcomes, forecasting resources, and RAID logs.
• Experience managing complex projects across web and mobile applications for documentation management or similar platforms.
• Prefer experience in construction and/or financial SaaS industries and Organizational Change Management consulting.
• Innovative, persuasive, creative, goal-oriented, optimistic, proactive, and adaptable.
• Deep understanding of value drivers and standard operating procedures.
• Proven success managing professional services projects delivering $100K+ and managing scope.
• Willingness to travel for client on-sites and company events (up to 30–40% of time).
• PMP and/or CAPM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to define execution strategies ensuring delivery of services and scope.
• Collaborate with key contacts, technical leadership, and Customer Success to execute statements of work and onboarding strategies.
• Partner with the account team during pre-sales engagements as the services delivery expert.
• Develop and implement repeatable processes and templates to create efficiencies.
• Manage custom service delivery timelines and project plans for on-time delivery.
• Own strategic delivery for one-time projects or scaled SOWs while supporting account growth.
• Prepare accurate reports on project progress, budget, and risks using internal systems.
• Provide proactive and high-level service to Procore clients through clear communication.
• Maintain working knowledge of Procore’s products, business model, and service best practices.
