Job summary

Procore is seeking a Project Manager for its Professional Services team. You will coordinate internal and external resources to deliver engagements on time and within budget, helping clients onboard, adopt, and grow with Procore while ensuring high client satisfaction.

You will partner with CS, Delivery, Sales, Product, and Success teams to plan and execute client onboarding and service engagements, providing strategic guidance and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale services delivery.
• Strong skills in creating and managing Gantt project schedules, documenting business outcomes, forecasting resources, and maintaining RAID logs.
• Experience managing complex projects across web and mobile applications for documentation management or similar platforms.
• Construction and/or financial SaaS industry experience and Organizational Change Management consulting is a plus.
• Innovative, persuasive, proactive, and adaptable with value-driven focus.
• Proven success delivering $100K+ projects and managing scope effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define execution strategies with clients to deliver all services and scope, including workshops and plans.
• Collaborate with teams to execute custom statements of work and onboarding strategies.
• Serve as services delivery expert during pre-sales engagements with account teams.
• Develop repeatable processes and templates to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Manage delivery timelines and client projects to ensure on-time delivery and deliverables.
• Own strategic delivery for single or scaled SOWs and support account growth.
• Prepare reports on project progress, budget, and risks using internal systems.
• Provide proactive, high-level service and clear communication to clients.
• Maintain knowledge of Procore products, business model, and service best practices.
