Job summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Procore Consultant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for client projects. The ideal candidate will have Procore implementation and integration experience and must be able to work effectively with a remote team.

You will manage the Procore environment, lead implementation schedules, and deliver training and reports while driving software adoption across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Located in the Austin, TX area and willing to be in office up to 5 days a week.
• 2+ years Procore implementation and administration experience.
• 5+ years of Procore experience.
• A strong understanding of the Procore finance module.
• 4+ years experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders; Provide a higher level of service.
• Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the client’s Procore project management database.
• Project management of implementation schedule and custom reporting solutions.
• Coordination and delivery of training including content and materials.
• Promote software adoption: uncover user barriers or resistance.
• Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required.
• Lead implementation of all Procore tools including pre-construction, project management, financials, & integration options.
• Lead effort to integrate Procore with client financial systems.
• Develop standard operating procedure utilizing Procore operations with client discovery.
