Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Professional Services Program Manager to lead high-impact customer deployment, scale, and optimization programs across the global delivery cycle.

You will own end-to-end program lifecycle—from executive kickoffs to on-time, under-budget delivery—driving governance, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate time-to-value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Admin or equivalent.
• 8+ years leading large-scale technology programs or cybersecurity professional services.
• Proven ability to own and optimize program financials and margins.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end delivery programs, kicking off initiatives and tracking milestones.
• Manage strategic allocation of delivery consultants and drive profitability.
• Identify and mitigate risks; lead escalations for high-visibility customers.
• Establish governance cadences and executive reporting with stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators to raise delivery capability.
• Integrate automation and AI-driven workflows to streamline delivery.
• Enforce quality assurance to meet security objectives and CSAT.
