Qualifications

• At least 5 years of services-related logistics experience.
• Experience in services delivery or project management.
• Information Security or project management certifications a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in an independent, fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate service quotes and scope opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries for professional services.
• Improve presales service lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with technical leaders and sales support.
• Manage multiple work streams in a timely manner.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and GuidePoint executives.
• Document and maintain presales workflows.
• Develop relationships with vendors and customers.
• Attend forecast calls and analyze pipeline.
• Coordinate with contracts and proposal teams as needed.
