GuidePoint Security is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Account Executive team and drive efficient order processing, quotes, and opportunity tracking. This role also backs up the Sales Operations Manager and leads Regional Sales Coordinators to maintain top-tier communications and client service.

Ideal candidates bring proven SOS experience with 1–3 years of team leadership, strong prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail in a collaborative environment.

• Proven excellence as GuidePoint Security Sales Operations Specialist.
• 1-3 years of leading a team, self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Outstanding attention to detail, commitment to follow-through, and ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Continue with SOS responsibilities for Account Executive including generating quotes, tracking opportunities, processing purchase orders, etc.
• Serve as the backup point of contact when the Sales Operations Manager is unavailable.
• Manage Regional Sales Coordinators to ensure exceptional internal and external communication and customer service.
