Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Professional Services (RCM) to lead a remote Professional Services team serving clients.

The role involves overseeing project delivery, staffing, coaching, and risk management across multiple client engagements, with emphasis on revenue cycle management in therapy settings. You will collaborate with sales, software engineering, learning and development, and product teams, driving improvement and ensuring high-quality implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience leading complex projects and teams in a professional services context.
• Experience with billing/claims/revenue cycle management within therapy space is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with team development and coaching ability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to align projects with strategic goals and financial planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to an aligned Professional Services team.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, support career pathing, and coach performance.
• Assign projects, monitor progress, recruit and train as needed.
• Oversee health of all projects and partner with peer managers on initiatives.
• Improve tools and processes to drive team efficiency and training.
• Act as primary contact for subset of client engagements and provide overflow coverage.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
• Identify risks, create contingency plans and manage project issues.
• Oversee training, testing and QA to ensure software meets requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement by applying lessons learned.
