Job summary

Blackbaud seeks a Manager, Professional Services to lead a team delivering software implementation, advisory, and consulting services. This player‑coach role blends people leadership with delivery excellence, aligning resources and customer outcomes across enterprise projects.

You will drive utilization, coaching, and performance; partner with sales and delivery teams; and ensure high‑quality, repeatable service delivery while advancing professional growth within the team.

Qualifications

2+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management and coaching.
Experience leading implementation, consulting, professional services, or customer delivery teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams while balancing competing priorities.
Experience managing utilization, capacity planning, forecasting, revenue, or service delivery performance.
Strong organizational, time management and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Professional Services associates.
Drive utilization, revenue, and delivery quality while achieving operational goals.
Monitor project health and ensure on‑time, on‑scope, on‑budget delivery.
Forecast resource needs and align staffing with project demand and sales pipeline.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and cross‑functional teams to support delivery.
