Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is hiring a Production Support Technician to provide production support, analyze and troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation. The role emphasizes strong SQL/SSIS skills, server health monitoring, and incident coordination across internal and vendor teams.

The position offers remote work from home in the United States with a pay range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Overtime and shift work are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Midnight to late morning shift.
• Overtime may be required, including occasional extra days.
• Knowledge of SQL Server (2008+), Reporting Services or Analysis Services.
• Experience with ETL applications such as Microsoft SSIS.
• Microsoft Windows Server (2008+)
• Knowledge of SFTP.
• Microsoft Exchange (2010+)
• Knowledge of change management.
• Technical or associate degree or equivalent certification.
• 1–2 years’ IT departmental support or development experience.
• 1–2 years’ SSIS experience preferred.
• 1–2 years’ SQL Server DB administration experience preferred.
• SQL Server and Windows Server certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nightly software data load processes and server health.
• Analyze and troubleshoot nightly process errors using server tools and SSIS.
• Log and assign incidents in the Service Desk and document fixes.
• Coordinate with internal and vendor support to address production issues.
• Document processes and production jobs to build a knowledge base for staff.
• Develop and enhance processes and workflows.
• Analyze performance and tune ETL processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor off-hour server health including Citrix, email, FTP, storage, network, and security.
