Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Production Support Technician to analyze, troubleshoot, and document production issues. You will monitor nightly ETL processes, coordinate incident response with internal support staff, and log fixes in the Service Desk and SharePoint knowledge base.

The role requires MS SQL Server (2008+), SSIS, Windows Server, SFTP, and 1–2 years of IT support experience. Target pay range is $85,000–$95,000 yearly with overtime as needed and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Midnight to late morning shift.
• Overtime as needed, including additional days if necessary.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server (2008+), SSIS, and SQL Server DBA basics.
• Experience with Windows Server, SFTP, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Knowledge of change management and IT process disciplines.
• 1–2 years’ IT departmental support or development experience.
• 1–2 years’ SSIS experience preferred.
• 1–2 years’ SQL Server DBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nightly software data load processes using server tools and email.
• Analyze and troubleshoot nightly process errors with SSIS and SQL tools.
• Log incidents in the Service Desk and document fixes.
• Coordinate with internal tier 2 and vendor support for production issues.
• Document processes in Service Desk and SharePoint to build a knowledge base.
• Perform process development and enhancements.
• Analyze performance and tune ETL processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor server health/off-hours performance (Citrix, E-Mail, FTP, storage, network).
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
• Execute SQL queries as part of issue resolution.
