Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Production Support Technician to provide production support for nightly ETL processes and data loads. You will monitor jobs, troubleshoot issues, and document fixes to build a knowledge base for IT staff.

The role requires SQL Server/SSIS and Windows Server expertise, plus familiarity with Exchange and SFTP. Midnight to late morning shift with potential overtime; competitive healthcare, 401(k) matching, and career development benefits.

Qualifications

Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008+ and reporting/analysis services.
Experience with SSIS and ETL tooling.
Experience with MS Windows Server 2008+ and Exchange 2010+.
Knowledge of SFTP and change management principles.
Technical or associate degree or certification and IT support experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor nightly data load processes and server health.
Analyze and troubleshoot nightly process errors using ETL tools.
Log and prioritize incidents in the Service Desk system.
Coordinate with tier 2 and vendor support to resolve production issues.
Document processes and fixes in Service Desk and SharePoint for knowledge base.
Develop processes and optimize ETL performance.
Monitor Citrix, Email, FTP, storage and network metrics during off-peak hours.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL queries as needed.
