Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Production Support Technician to monitor and troubleshoot nightly ETL processes, coordinate incident response, and document solutions. The role requires strong SQL/SSIS skills, Windows Server experience, and knowledge of exchange and SFTP.

This is a remote position with a focus on maintaining system reliability. Expect to work overnights, overtime as needed, and collaborate with internal and vendor teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server (2008+) and related BI/ETL tools.
• Experience with ETL applications such as SSIS.
• Windows Server (2008+) administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with SFTP, Exchange, and change management processes.
• 1–2 years IT departmental support or development experience.
• 1–2 years SSIS experience and SQL Server DB administration is preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nightly data load processes and troubleshoot failures.
• Log and track incidents in Service Desk and document fixes.
• Coordinate with Tier 2 and vendor support for production issues.
• Document processes for knowledge base creation.
• Perform process improvements and performance tuning for ETL workflows.
• Monitor server health and performance during off-hours.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
