Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, client services, or production support.
• Experience with Third-Party Administrator platforms and vendor integrations preferred.
• Ticket/queue management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and triage client tickets from intake through resolution.
• Investigate operational issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure accurate status updates and documentation before closure.
• Monitor SLAs, escalate risks, and support process improvements.
• Support account managers with timely, accurate information and client meetings when needed.
• Identify trends and drive changes to reduce ticket volume.
