Job summary

Virtix Health seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to own and maintain the technical roadmap and to effectively translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.

You will collaborate with leadership and the Technology team, document systems and processes, and support deployments and testing across remote environments. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience documenting BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Strong documentation skills with experience in Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to create wireframes or process designs using tools like Figma, Visio, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain the technical roadmap.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and internal Technology partners.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical instructions for the Technology team.
• Create and maintain system and user documentation.
• Communicate status of enhancement requests and defect fixes to stakeholders.
• Work with the Technology team to manage each deployment (Sprint).
• Develop unit and integration tests and create regression test scripts.
• Lead testing to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate product and service offerings to customers and end users.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of new application users.
