Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or higher.
• 2+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar, bridging ops and product.
• Translate needs into documented requirements and process maps.
• Experience leading discovery and stakeholder interviews.
• Comfort writing SQL for ad-hoc analyses and familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and processes to identify opportunities.
• Translate questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Produce clear requirements docs, flow diagrams, and gap analyses.
• Use SQL for ad-hoc analyses and partner with Analytics on investigations.
• Collaborate with product, eng, and operations to implement improvements.
• Measure impact of initiatives and surface insights for leadership.
