Job summary

Unlimited Systems is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to own highly technical escalations within our RCM platform for specialty healthcare providers. The role bridges front-line support and engineering, focusing on root-cause analysis, problem diagnosis, and effective escalation with clear, documented resolutions.

You will work from our Cincinnati headquarters on a full-time hybrid basis, with Ohio residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
• Proficient in log analysis, scripting, and SQL queries.
• Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical issues escalated from front-line staff and provide resolutions or escalations.
• Analyze logs, configurations, and environments to identify problem sources.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to ensure efficient issue resolution.
