Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Production Team, Project Managers and Restoration Team to ensure scheduled goals are met. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coordinating and oversight of crews and documentation for maximum project performance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

• Works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Operations Production Team and Project Managers/Restoration Superintendents.
• Create and prepare subcontractor agreements and invoices as needed.
• Obtain purchase orders from vendors.
• Track equipment and materials for jobs in progress.
• Oversee timecards for operations personnel and ensure budget compliance.
• Manage production reports and field Connect/Exaktime reporting.
