BluSky Restoration Contractors seeks a Restoration Project Manager to oversee day-to-day restoration projects, manage field crews, and coordinate equipment and labor. You will work closely with occupants and property owners, providing daily updates to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in restoration and project management, IICRC certifications, and willingness to travel nationwide. You will lead safety initiatives and ensure quality workmanship across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and commercial restoration experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• IICRC certifications in water and smoke restoration.
• Must be able to travel in response to emergencies across the nation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restoration project operations and field activities.
• Coordinate temporary labor, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA regulations are followed on-site.
• Maintain project schedules, paperwork, and cost control.
