Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors seeks an Environmental Project Coordinator to join the national operations team. You will work with sales, production, and field staff to ensure environmental projects are staffed and all files are organized and documented.

Responsibilities include processing permits, tracking asbestos certifications, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring state compliance. Candidates should be highly organized, customer-focused, and proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of administrative experience in environmental/construction
• Strong customer service and professional communication
• Highly organized with efficient time management
• Team player able to collaborate at all levels
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Owns project file documentation from set-up to close.
• Coordinate with Sales, PM, and field staff to ensure quality files.
• Process and submit permits.
• Track asbestos certifications for environmental employees.
• Organize job files and documentation.
• Ensure state requirements are met; assist with per diem forms.
• Support billing with necessary backup.
• Hold weekly compliance meetings; develop tracking Excel docs.
