Job summary

BluSky Restoration seeks a Restoration Project Manager to oversee day-to-day management of restoration and reconstruction projects, including customer service, vendor selection, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality control.

You will respond to emergencies, manage on-call rotations, track costs, ensure profitability, and uphold BluSky's values of excellence, teamwork, integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors; drive safety, quality and productivity.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all work is properly contracted/subcontracted.
• Perform contracted scopes per identified procedures and ensure quality workmanship.
• Track project costs and manage budgets; meet revenue and profit goals.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call management rotation.
• Track change orders and budget updates; communicate with team.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
