Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager in the United States to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish, including client communication, vendor buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance.

You will manage site personnel and subcontractors, ensure quality workmanship, respond to emergencies, and strive for high customer satisfaction while tracking costs and revenue against budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Skilled in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors; drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to all OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all work is properly contracted/subcontracted.
• Perform all contracted scopes per identified procedures.
• Ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship.
• Approve or reject invoices with proper communication with your project team.
• Properly project, record, and maintain all project costs on budget worksheets.
• Meet or improve upon revenue and profit margin goals as defined by BluSky.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call management rotation.
• Track change orders and all extras on projects via signed change order forms.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
