Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a capable Restoration Project Manager to oversee day-to-day restoration and reconstruction projects. You will handle customer communication, vendor buyout, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting and quality control, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, a related Bachelor's degree (preferred), and OSHA/CPR certifications (preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facilities preferred.
• OSHA 10/30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Skilled in financials, processes, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors, driving safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure contracts and subcontracts are properly executed.
• Track project costs and maintain budget worksheets.
• Meet or exceed revenue and profit margin goals.
