Job summary

Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc is seeking a Production Analyst to handle file processing, data export, and quality assurance for client reviews. The role supports remote work in the US and requires 5–8 years in eDiscovery with strong SQL and Relativity skills.

The analyst will train junior staff, optimize workflows, and ensure on-time delivery of production outputs using tools like iPro eCapture, Nuix, LAW, ReadySuite, and Relativity.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 to 8 years of eDiscovery or equivalent technical experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and Relativity is essential.
• Experience with Nuix, LAW, ReadySuite, and iPro eCapture is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and convert files to image formats (e.g., TIF, JPG, PDF) and export data and metadata.
• Ensure quality and SLA compliance while meeting deadlines.
• Create load files and deliverables for review in Concordance, Summation, eCapture, Relativity.
• Format data for legal review software using internal tools and SQL.
• Perform thorough quality checks and minimize rework.
