Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc is seeking a Production Specialist for a remote US-based role, Tue-Sat 1 PM–9:30 PM PST. Responsibilities include processing electronic evidence, converting files to image formats, and exporting metadata for client reviews and production.

You will ensure data quality and meet SLAs while supporting diverse client requests. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in EDiscovery, strong attention to detail, and experience with Relativity or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience processing data in an Electronic Discovery environment.
• Experience with Relativity or related eDiscovery tools is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Identify records for production using advanced queries.
• Conduct consistency checks on client coding for produced documents.
• Create and prepare load files and deliverables for review in review tools.
• Maintain urgency and manage multiple production requests.
