Job summary

Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc is seeking a Project Manager, Client Services for a remote, full-time role in the US. The ideal candidate will manage eDiscovery workflows, oversee data intake, processing, hosting and production, and ensure quality checks before client delivery.

Required: 4+ years in eDiscovery with Relativity experience, a Bachelor's degree (Masters/JD a plus), and strong project management and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or JD a plus.
• 4+ years of work experience with at least two years in eDiscovery.
• Relativity experience required.
• Strong analytical and logical skills required.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to interpret written and oral instructions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Understand eDiscovery and Lighthouse workflows and tools.
• Understand critical paths to progress work through the system.
• Communicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the pod’s work request queue.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
