Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Project Manager to lead eDiscovery workflows within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will drive work through data intake, culling, processing, hosting and production, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 in eDiscovery, and Relativity expertise; PMP certification is a plus. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients, manage deadlines, and contribute to process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of work experience with at least two years in eDiscovery.
Relativity experience required.
PMP certification a plus.
Strong analytical and logical skills.
Strong project management skills with ability to interpret written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

Maintain understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors, and tools.
Develop understanding of Lighthouse workflows and critical paths to progress work.
Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the pod’s work request queue.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
